General Description
The Denon Home Amp is a compact streaming amplifier that combines power for passive speakers with the connectivity of a network audio system. Its Class D stage delivers 100W per channel at 8 ohms and can drive a wide variety of bookshelf, in-wall, in-ceiling, or outdoor speakers. With HEOS Built-in, it allows for music playback from streaming services, network libraries, USB, and mobile devices, in addition to grouping with other HEOS equipment to create a multi-room home system.
The mono RCA subwoofer output and adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters make the Denon Home Amp a flexible 2.1 solution. You can connect it to a pair of passive speakers and complement the bass response with an active subwoofer, adjusting the crossover according to the system. It also offers Stereo and Dual Mono modes, making it useful in both entertainment rooms and installations where identical playback is required in both channels.
For television, HDMI eARC simplifies connection and allows for audio control from the TV using a single compatible cable.
