Product Description
The Sonos Beam (Gen 2) in Black is a next-generation compact soundbar that enriches all your entertainment with powerful, precise, wall-to-wall sound. With Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC, 5 drivers (1 center tweeter, 4 elliptical midwoofers, and 3 passive radiators), a 40% faster chip, Trueplay tuning, AirPlay 2, voice control, and a sleek design with a perforated grille, the Beam Gen 2 is perfect for TVs up to 65 inches. It delivers immersive cinematic sound and high-quality music in a compact form factor.
Immersive Cinematic Sound
Spatial Dolby Atmos
Dive deeper into every scene with spatial audio. Advanced processing creates phantom height channels for Dolby Atmos content, immersing you in a multidimensional soundstage. You will hear planes as if they were flying overhead, feel footsteps moving through the room, and experience music expanding all around you.
Crystal-Clear Dialogue
Oscar-winning sound engineers helped fine-tune the Beam to ensure you hear every word and follow the story. For greater clarity when characters whisper or the action intensifies, activate Speech Enhancement in the Sonos app.
High-Quality Sound at Low Volume
Enjoy balanced, wall-to-wall sound at any volume level. When you want to watch TV but need to keep it quiet, activate Night Sound in the app to reduce the intensity of loud effects and enhance quieter ones.
Enhanced Acoustic Architecture
40% Faster Chip
A 40% faster chip pushes the sonic boundaries for a soundbar of this size, creating two new audio paths for a virtual surround sound experience.
Five Class-D Digital Amplifiers
The five Class-D digital amplifiers have been perfectly tuned to the soundbar's unique acoustic architecture, providing exceptional power and precision.
Center Tweeter
A center tweeter creates a crisp and precise high-frequency response for crystal-clear vocals.
Four Elliptical Midwoofers
The four elliptical midwoofers ensure faithful reproduction of mid-range frequencies and maximize bass output for deep impact.
Three Passive Radiators
The three passive radiators enhance low frequencies for balanced and powerful sound, complementing the response of the active drivers.
Sleek and Integrated Design
Precisely Perforated Grille
The new precisely perforated grille elevates the elegant design and blends perfectly into your home, whether you place the Beam on furniture or mount it on the wall.
Compact Size
With compact dimensions of 651 mm wide, 68 mm high, and 100 mm deep, the Beam Gen 2 fits perfectly under most TVs without taking up excessive space.
