General Description
The White Sonos Arc Ultra is a premium home theater soundbar that combines a low-profile design in a matte white finish with advanced acoustic architecture. It is designed to connect to the TV via HDMI eARC or ARC to play movies, series, video games, sports, and music with a wide soundstage, clear dialogue, and deep bass. With compatible content and television, Dolby Atmos offers a 9.1.4 spatial experience that places effects and details around and above the listening position.
Its audio system integrates 14 Sonos-designed transducers and 15 Class-D digital amplifiers. It includes seven silk-dome tweeters, with two upward-firing units for height channels; six midwoofers; and the four-motor, dual-membrane Sound Motion woofer. This technology generates deep bass from a compact design, leaving room for a more expansive soundstage. Speech Enhancement allows you to choose from four levels of dialogue clarity in the Sonos app, while Night Sound reduces loud peaks and enhances quieter sounds for more comfortable listening at night.
In addition to being a TV soundbar, the Arc Ultra functions as a smart speaker for music. It offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, Apple AirPlay 2, control via the Sonos app, touch controls, and compatibility with Sonos Voice Control and Amazon Alexa, subject to regional availability. Trueplay adjusts the EQ based on the room's acoustics and is compatible with iOS and Android devices. To expand the system, it can be combined with compatible Sonos subwoofers and surround speakers; it also allows you to transfer TV audio to one or two pairs of Sonos Ace headphones via TV Audio Swap.
